When I say Mardi Gras thoughts of under da bridge, lafitte projects, treme and mardi gras indians probably don't get mentioned or come to your head.
mardi gras is more than a marathon of showing titties and ish
it's a celebration of the perseverance of a community of the systematically oppressed
